Nathalia is a Registered Canadian Art Therapist (RCAT) and certified Somatic Psychotherapist, she blends her extensive clinical trainings with integrative methods to work with the body, mind and spirit.
She specializes in trauma-informed care and has been supporting individuals of all ages recovering from adverse experiences for over 15 years. Her mind-body work is informed by ongoing learning of internal martial arts, mindfulness meditation and traditional indigenous healing.
Leah Schmutter is a Registered Herbal Therapist and Holistic Nutritionist based in Victoria, B.C. She completed her training in Western Herbal Medicine and Holistic Nutrition at Pacific Rim College, graduating as valedictorian of both programs summa cum laude. Her education combined traditional knowledge of plants and dietary therapy with extensive training in biomedical sciences. Leah also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary, where she focused on clinical applications and mental health.
Leah is passionate about supporting individuals of all ages in cultivating lasting wellness. She works with a wide range of health concerns, including digestive issues, pre-diabetes and blood sugar imbalances, hormonal health, and stress-related conditions. Her approach emphasizes the foundations of wellbeing—nourishing food, balanced blood sugar, restorative sleep, healthy digestion, and stress resilience—while empowering her clients through education and collaboration.
Outside of practice, Leah enjoys gardening, camping on the coast, baking sourdough, and dancing.
